Reckon you’re the fittest guy in your gym? Put it to the test at the Men’s Fitness 2017 Fit Bloke Challenge.
If you win, you’ll not only appear in the pages of Men’s Fitness but you’ll head home with a heap of fantastic prizes, including training gear and health products. What are you waiting for?
WHAT’S THE CHALLENGE?
The MF Fit Bloke Challenge is a fitness competition comprising several demanding physical tests. It’s staged at the Fitness Show (fitness-show.com.au) in Darling Harbour in Sydney from April 28-30. Entry to the comp is free, but competitor numbers are limited. The Challenge will be held over three days (Friday, Saturday and Sunday), culminating with a grand final on Sunday, April 30.
WHAT ARE THE EXERCISES?
We’re not going to tell you exactly, but we will say they might include box jumps, pullups, kettlebell swings, rowing and deadlifts. Overall, the exercises will test your speed, strength, stamina, endurance and mental toughness and they’re against the clock. It won’t be easy. And you’ll be competing head-to-head on stage in front of a live audience. There are no weight categories, but you do have to be over 18. Check out mensfitness magazine.com.au for training hints.

HOW TO ENTER
Places are limited. For your chance to take part, send an email to fitbloke@mensfitness magazine.com.au. Attach two recent pictures of yourself showing your body and tell us about your training regimen and a little about yourself: age, weight, height, job, background, contact details. Keep it to 100 words or less. Then hit ‘Send’. That’s it. We’ll be in touch. Now get training!
